They required robust features, including flexible property search to handle limited availability, blockchain technology for enhanced security and transparency, and a fully digital payment system for end-to-end convenience.

Solution

We developed a sophisticated app that exceeds the client’s expectations. QABAT’s flexible search algorithm suggests alternative options when exact matches are unavailable, ensuring users always find suitable properties. Blockchain technology was implemented to secure transactions and verify property ownership, while a streamlined digital payment system enables users to complete all transactions within the app. With intuitive design and localized language support, QABAT caters to a diverse audience.

Challenges

One of the main challenges was implementing blockchain technology seamlessly while ensuring the app remains user-friendly. Additionally, the flexible search feature required designing a complex algorithm capable of generating accurate and relevant suggestions without overwhelming users.
